Opening Times

Information Desk

The Customer Information desk is located on the Upper Mall near John Lewis.  The Customer Service Team is here to help and make your visit as enjoyable and relaxing as possible answering any queries and offering assistance. They all have excellent local knowledge and are usually able to advise on directions and facilities in Watford.  Gift Cards and Kiddykarts are available from the Customer Information Desk.

Additional Services:

• Photocopying, faxing and laminating facilities are available at the Customer Information Desk.
• Watford football club tickets are available to purchase at the desk.
• Lost & Found
  If you have lost an item of property at intu Watford, visit the Customer Information Desk to register the details.
• Meeting Point
  Visitors losing family or friends should arrange to meet them by the Customer Information Desk.

Toilets

There are ample toilet facilities, staffed and run by the Centre Management team in the two toilet blocks – one at each end of the centre. Toilets are located on the Lower Mall near Zara and on the Upper Mall near Panacea Health & Beauty.

Disabled Facilities

The Centre is accessible to wheelchairs with the provision of ramps and lifts which connect with the High Street and the car parks.  There are special toilet facilities and reserved parking areas close to the access points to the shopping malls. 

Shopmobility

Shopmobility offer the loan of manual and battery operated wheelchairs and battery operated scooters, all of which are free of charge and available to anybody with a disability (temporary or permanent).  Shopmobility is located on the ground floor of Church car park and has adjacent parking and easy access to Watford town centre and intu Watford.

Family Facilities

When it comes to catering for the family, intu Watford has it all - baby changing facilities, mother and child parking on all levels of both Queen's and King's car parks and children's Kiddykarts.

Baby change facilities

Comprehensive baby change facilities are located on Queens Car Park level one opposite Gymboree and next to the toilets at both ends of the centre.

Kiddykarts

The Kiddykarts are a fun way for children to get around the centre. They also have a shopping trolley attached so it's easier for you too. Kiddykarts can be hired from the Customer Information Desk on the Upper Mall (outside John Lewis).  The karts are for children aged up to five years old (depending on the size of the child).

Child Safe Zones

The Harlequin is a family friendly and safe place to visit, shop and have fun. However, losing a child, even for a few moments can be very distressing and our Child Safe Zones shopping scheme can help reassure and get help fast.

Helpline window stickers
Look out for the bright orange smiley balloon stickers - these carry the helpline number: 08444 48 42 27
If you lose a child or need to report an incident look for the nearest sticker and ring this number and talk directly to our security and customer services team.

Mums & Dads!
Teach your child that if they are ever separated from mum, dad or a guardian, not to panic, but to look for the nearest smiley balloon sticker. They can then either look for a security guard or parent with children and ask them to ring the number, or go into the shop and find an assistant to help them.  Also make sure teenagers know they can also use the number, should they need help.

Free Wristbands
A mobile number on a wristband is the simplest and quickest way to help a lost child. On entering intu Watford a wristband can be collected from the Customer Information Desk.  These wristbands are bright, waterproof and tough, so as well as shopping they are ideal for other days out or journeys into busy towns and cities.

Car Parking

Intu Watford has three car parks with direct access to the shopping centre; Kings, Queens and Palace (Harlequin) providing over 2,000 car parking spaces. There are an additional four car parks in Watford town centre providing easy access to intu Watford and Watford High Street; Palace (Charter), Church, Gade and Sutton providing over 2,500 spaces.  The centre car parks open one hour before and close one hour after the shopping centre.  Discount all-day parking is available in Sutton Car Park and above Level 3 of Gade Car Park.  At just £6 for the day, we recommend you use these car parks if you are planning a longer visit to the centre.

Situated on Level One of Kings, Queens and Palace car park and Level Two of Church and Palace Charter car park and there are several bays available.
